Farm Jobs in Northern Ireland

Agriculture and food play a larger part in Northern Ireland's economy than in most of the UK, built on grass-fed dairy and beef, a sizeable poultry sector and an export-focused food industry. Talent Agri recruits for roles there when employers are hiring, across livestock, technical and food positions.

Agriculture in Northern Ireland

Grassland dominates the landscape, supporting dairy herds and suckler and finishing beef across counties such as Tyrone, Fermanagh, Down and Antrim. Poultry is a major enterprise too, with many family farms running broiler or layer houses that supply large processors.

County Armagh is famous for its Bramley apple orchards, and the province also has a substantial food and drink processing sector. Together these businesses need stockpeople, unit managers, technical staff and sales advisers.

Registering for future roles

Vacancies in Northern Ireland come and go, so it is worth getting in touch even when none are listed. Email apply@talentagri.co.uk with your CV and a note about the type of role and area you are interested in.

Applicants need at least an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification relevant to the role. Describe the sector and systems you have worked in, such as robotic milking, broiler production or beef finishing, so your experience is easy to match against new roles.
