POULTRY FARM MANAGER
We are working confidentially with an experienced Poultry Farm Management professional who is currently seeking their next long-term opportunity within the UK poultry sector.
With over 10 years of experience across commercial poultry farming, breeder operations, rearing and farm management, this candidate offers a strong combination of hands-on poultry knowledge, team leadership and practical farm management experience.
Having progressed from Poultry Farm Worker through Relief Manager and Assistant Manager positions into Poultry Farm Management, the candidate has developed extensive practical knowledge of commercial poultry operations.

This candidate is interested in discussing poultry management opportunities where they can utilise their practical farming experience, management background and knowledge of breeder and rearing operations.

POULTRY & MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Over 10 years of commercial poultry farming experience
• Several years of Poultry Farm Manager experience
• Strong background within breeder poultry operations
• Practical experience within poultry rearing
• Career progression from Poultry Farm Worker into management
• Previous Relief Manager experience
• Previous Assistant Manager experience
• Hands-on poultry husbandry and animal handling
• Day-to-day poultry farm management experience
• Team leadership and management
• Practical understanding of commercial poultry operations
• Experience working within established large-scale UK poultry businesses
• Strong time management and organisational skills

- Advanced Level Apprenticeship – Agriculture
- NVQ Level 2 – Animal Care
- First Line Manager Programme
- Full Driving Licence
Candidate requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
