Pembrokeshire, West Wales | £14 per hour each | Beautiful newly refurbished three-bedroom house provided
An opportunity for a couple to join a dairy farm in Pembrokeshire, working with a high-input herd of 450 pedigree Holsteins.
The full-time roles combine experienced milking, youngstock care and general farm work, with responsibilities arranged around each person’s skills and experience. Both positions report directly to the owner.
The farm
- 450 pedigree Holstein cows.
- Westfalia 40/40 milking parlour.
About you
We are looking for a reliable, practical couple who work calmly around livestock and take pride in animal welfare.
Previous milking experience is required for the milking role. Youngstock experience would be an advantage for the person taking on those responsibilities. Both applicants should be comfortable working independently and communicating with the owner and relief team.
Pay and accommodation
£14 per hour, with a beautiful, recently refurbished three-bedroom house provided. The house is well presented, with two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.

Qualifications & experience
- Carry out regular milking to a high standard.
- Assist with the daily care, feeding and management of youngstock.
- Monitor livestock health and report concerns promptly.
- Help coordinate relief milkers and maintain consistent routines.
- Assist with cattle handling, yard duties and general farm work.
- Maintain clean, tidy parlour and livestock areas.
Candidate requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
